Custom bag hardware, chains, charms, packaging metal, bottle caps, brass craft and application-specific automotive, electronics and consumer-product components.
Where is the factory and how large is it?
The factory is in Futian Town, Boluo County, Huizhou, Guangdong, China. The reported campus area is 40,000 m², with 600+ employees.
What materials and processes are available?
Typical materials include zinc alloy, brass, iron, stainless steel and aluminium. Processes include tooling, 30-machine die casting, brass casting, stamping, selected CNC machining, deburring, tumbling, polishing, group-owned plating, assembly and inspection.
Can you develop hardware from a drawing or sample?
Yes. A 50-person R&D team reviews function, manufacturability, tooling, material, finish, assembly and inspection requirements.
How are finishes developed and controlled?

Which quality documents are available?

Do you publish fixed tolerances, MOQ or lead times?
No universal value is stated because these depend on geometry, tooling, material, finish, validation and order context. They are confirmed after review.
What should I include in an RFQ?
Provide a drawing, 3D file or reference sample where available, plus application, material preference, finish target, quantity range, destination market and testing requirements.
