Automated volume production
Two automated electroplating lines provide combined daily capacity of approximately 250 racks.
GOLDENLUCK中文
LIFU HARDWARE · ELECTROPLATING
Specialist electroplating for zinc alloy and premium hardware—from colour development and sample approval to volume production and quality testing.
ABOUT LIFU

LIFU grew from GOLDENLUCK's electroplating department, established in 2005. After more than a decade of production experience, the operation became an independent company in 2018 and moved into the Longxi Electroplating Base.
CORE CAPABILITIES
Production is planned around component geometry, material, order size and performance requirements—connecting colour approval, sampling and scalable delivery.

Two automated electroplating lines provide combined daily capacity of approximately 250 racks.

Development samples, pilot runs, special colours and large orders are coordinated within one workflow.

Pre-treatment, coating structures and protection systems are refined to address blistering, pitting, colour variation, adhesion and corrosion resistance.
COLOUR & FINISH
Our technical team adjusts coating structure, gloss, antiquing depth and protective layers to translate a reference sample into a repeatable production standard.

QUALITY CONTROL
Incoming material, pre-treatment, electroplating, post-treatment and final inspection are controlled as one process, with close attention to appearance, colour consistency, adhesion, corrosion resistance and batch stability.
LABORATORY CONTROL
Our laboratory routinely tests and records the main constituents, concentration, pH and replenishment condition of each process solution. Technicians use measured data to control chemical ratios, replenishment timing and operating windows with discipline, rather than relying on experience alone.
From new-bath setup and routine maintenance to abnormal-condition checks, key data is managed against production batches, colour requirements and test results. This data-led approach lets us identify concentration drift and process variation early, then adjust pre-treatment, coating and protective-layer conditions in time—creating a stronger process foundation for colour consistency, adhesion and corrosion resistance.

INSIDE THE FACTORY
Automated equipment and experienced operators work across loading, pre-treatment, plating, rinsing, post-treatment and material handling.
